Is it possible to make the monitor screen brighter?

I wish the screen would be brighter even if it is maximum lux.

I think this handled by graphic driver not back light.

Can i solute this problem except to control just color brightness via control program?

 

My graphic is UHD620 in i5-8250u

I set off auto bright control for battery already and update lastest driver version

and i use ideapad 530s​

Yes But it depends upon the windows power settings and the monitor configuration , some times manufacturer limits te brightnes upto certain limit , like the resolution
