I have a very nice older Dell Studio that has Intel 4 Series chipset graphics. When I stream my ISO, MP4 or any other file, the graphics are a bit choppy an blur or stutter sometimes.
I updated the Intel accelerator media driver but did not do much
My laptop is 4GB RAm and has a 2.1 GHz processor.
What can I do?

What operating system? If Windows 10, your processor and chipset are not supported.
