Is there a fix for an Intel Graphics UHD 620 that was working for two months on my new Dell Inspiron 13 7000 in the application Lightroom Classic CC but now crashes every few minutes?

You need to contact Dell for assistance. Dell is solely responsible for support of your laptop.

Also, you should use ONLY the drivers provided by dell and not the Intel generic drivers, and you should be on Windows 10, version 1903.
