Is there an alternative graphic driver update for Intel(R) G45/G43 Express Chipset?

I am currently running Intel(R) G45/G43 Express Chipset (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM 1.1) on my pc which I understand is discontinued with that said I need to find in the graphics card download section an alternative graphic driver update if so which one should I choose. My pc was running Windows 7 64 bit then I upgraded to Windows 10.....if that helps

No, using the Microsoft generic driver is the best you can do on Windows 10.
