Is there any performance difference between "Scale" options? Which disables?

For what it's worth I just have the HD Graphics 630 onboard, but was in general just wondering if there was any performance difference between the various options (centered, stretched, maintain aspect ratio, maintain display scaling, custom). I'm just imagining there must be some performance hit associated.

If so, which option is closest to some of the competitors option of "no scaling"?

I have used all of those options and never see any difference in performance. The only difference is how the image is displayed and how it fits teh screen...
