Issue with Intel UHD 600 update

Hello guys.
Well, I have an issue trying to install the last available update. I'm running windows 10 and as you can see -in screenshot named 000-, it automatically recognizes a new update. However, after extracting files (001) an extensive error message appears (002). 

Anybody can help me to resolve this issue?.

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I can see that Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) is giving you an error during the graphics driver installation, it would be a pleasure to assist on this matter.


To have a better view of this issue, I want to confirm the following:


1. What is the exact model of your processor?

2. Is this the first time you encounter this issue?

3. Is this issue only happening when you use the Intel® DSA from Google Chrome?

4. What happens if you try to install the driver manually?

5. Are you using a laptop or desktop computer?

Good morning. I'll try to answer all six points as accurately as possible. 

 

1. My processor is Intel Celeron N4020 (I send you a screnshoot -named "Processor"- with more info).

2. Yes, it's the first time. Here, I need to tell you a few things (maybe this additional info helps). I bought this computer approximately fifteen days ago. This computer had Windows 11 installed on a small hard disk. So, I decided to buy another hard disk with more capacity.  On this new disk, I installed windows 10 (windows info above), following Microsoft instructions, on Microsoft's website.

Instalado el ‎3/‎10/‎2023

Experiencia Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19044.1000.0

So, at this moment I have Windows 11 installed in the small hard disk, and Windows 10 at the new hard disk (selecting which of two Windows I want to run, when I start muy computer).

3. I tried to install a graphic update in Microsoft Edge, and received the same error (as you can see in screnshhots "000Edge" - "001Edge" - "002Edge"). 

4. Maybe you can help me find the archive to install manually because I don't know how to locate it (on the Intel website). 

5. I'm using a desktop computer.

Hello Deivid. 

The recommended driver was install correctly (000 screnshoot). However, INTEL Assistant continues to send update available alerts.
Said this, is it advisable not to install upcoming updates?. How to keep the 6th-10th Gen updated and skiped the default update (7th -10th Gen)? Should I uninstall the Assitant?.

You can either hide the update or uninstall the app. With the update hidden, you shouldn't get any subsequent updates being offered.

Thanks for your response. As the community member mentioned, you can hide this notification and should have no issues with it, or you can uninstall Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA)if you are not using it often.
