Issue with my graphics driver installation

My pc switched from windows 10 pro to enterprise and with this switch a lot of files were misplaced and everything was thrown out of balance, the graphics card for the pc changed from Intel UHD to Microsoft basic display.... I downloaded the Intel UHD driver from the intel driver download page and during installation, it failed saying this.... Please what can i do?this is the error message that was shownthis is the error message that was shown

What is the processor's model? 

What is the model of your laptop? If it is a Desktop PC, please provide the motherboard model.
