1. What was the last known working driver version?
2. Why did you update the driver, are you having issues with the previous one?
3. Have you tried rolling back the driver to see if the same issue will persist?
4. Photo/screenshot of the exact error message.
Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report. Please follow instructions here and send the report - How to get the Intel® System Support Utility Logs on Windows*

J'ai le même problème. J'ai mis à jour avec la version 32.0.101.6460 et j'ai remarqué une erreur systématique dans le moniteur de fiabilité avec le service IntelGraphicsSoftware.Service. Cette erreur se produit à chaque extinction du PC ou si je stoppe le service avec services.msc.
Hi, Did anything further happen with this?
My partners laptop has been crashing after 15/20 mins of game play and I have been going crazy trying to find out why. Looks like it was the intel service crashing which then causes the game to crash. The times line up perfectly!
