Lag in games after graphics card update

Recently, i updated my graphics card and since then my games are running in 10-20 fps.If i restart my computer I can play my games fine for 10 minutes and then the lag is starting again.I have a Intel Pentium G2030 with Intel HD Graphics in it.(sorry for my english) Please help.

-Click on reply
