Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4210U CPU @ 1.70GHz 2.40 GHz
My laptop does not support the installation graphics driver...
A few days ago, I could use both my internal display and extended monitor. I changed the Intel graphics option to use only the monitor via HDMI cable. But recently I faced that my internal display of laptop not working & it showed black, but the external monitor working well. I tried to change this from the display setting & see the setting is no more, and also not found in intel graphics options. I uninstall my Intel graphics driver and download a new one. When I tried to install a new driver but failed to install it. Now there is no graphics driver installed & not found a similar version driver online & intel download sections. My question is few days ago I could use smooth Internal & external displays, but now why do I face this problem? And, How I fixed it & used it again both Internal & Externally. I am attaching all the details,
I will be grateful if any one helps me.
Thanks,
Jamil

HP 15-r019tu Notebook PC - Product Specifications
HP describes this device as being Windows 10 compatible, but I could imagine that the last cumulative Windows 10 update that was recently rolled out caused an unforeseen problem on your laptop.
In your device manager, no device is shown as "not installed". The "Microsoft Basic Display Driver" is listed as the graphics driver.
Since the device is relatively old, you will probably have to try what may lead to a solution:
- Please try the drivers that HP officially lists.
- Please check the Windows Update history to see what was last installed and uninstall it.
- Reinstall the operating system if possible.

I'm trying to uninstall the recent windows update now, and I will be sure to let you know how it goes. I want to note that I had tried downloading the NVIDIA High Definition (HD) Graphics driver before I contacted you, but that install also failed. I tried again once with Intel graphics and twice with a different Intel graphics driver, but none worked. After each failed installation, I restarted the laptop, and the display adapter was still listed as Intel Graphics. Requested to see the attachment.
Thanks for your quick support & appreciated.

Yes, that is the driver from the HP website.
Is this device still displayed in the Windows Device Manager?
For the sake of completeness, we can also do a full system scan.
Please run the Intel System Support Utility for Windows and perform a scan for all options. Attach the output file here.

Both display devices are apparently connected to the Intel processor. The Nvidia chip only via PCIe.

According to the report, the Intel graphics driver is the one recommended by HP. An Nvidia chip does not appear to be included either. It is quite possible that this laptop model was offered with different configurations.
Could it be that the internal screen itself is defective? If you unplug the external screen and restart the laptop, do you see anything before Windows loads or is the screen always black?

Yes, it looks as if Windows only recognizes the external Dahua DHI-LM22-C201PL monitor.
If the external monitor is unplugged and the internal one remains black even before Windows loads, then in my opinion there is a high probability that the internal monitor is defective. However, you can still use the laptop with the external screen without any changes.
Theoretically there are spare parts, but it probably won't be worth it financially.
