Run https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility Download Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* , attach the report.

How are you connecting to your monitor/display? Hdmi, vga, dvi, dp?

Providing this information will help the intel support staff diagnose your issue.
