I put the driver from 7 to 10, it even installs in the task Manager even displays installed! But after the computer restarts, BSOD kicks. Maybe it is possible somehow to tweak and it will work?

With these GMA 36xx's you're not going to have a full working driver in Windows 10 unfortunately, but if you're just using it on the desktop, the default software based Microsoft Display Adapter driver will work.
Failing that, you'll have to revert back to Windows 7 x86 I'm afraid. It's a shame these PowerVR based GPU's never had a working Win8 or Win10 driver, and even Microsoft's Win10 upgrade detection seems to happily ignore this glaring oversight.

Mr Hill is correct, Windows® 10 is not supported and no drivers were developed by Intel for the GMA3600.
Allan.
