Hello Ashkan_2000,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
I checked the SSU and the screenshots that you provided. Let me check if your main graphics is RTX 4050?
Can you check which graphics is enabled in your BIOS?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

Hello Mike_Intel,
I have no question for you. I have reported a bug and I'm waiting for fixing the drivers by Intel. Many notifications on forums shows that something is wrong since this version of drivers.
I think that you should ask me for additional infromation eg. about my hardware, circumstances etc.
Many computers (including my) can't work. It is serious situation. You should fix it ASAP.
BTW, the newest drivers (31.0.101.5382) still doesn't work.

I have advice for others users. I found temporary solution. I restored my Windows to previouse state (date) when computer worked.
It has old driver (31.0.101.4889) now but works good.
Then I turned the auto drivers updates off in Windows. It helps for now.
I hope Intel fix this bugs soon and we will use the new versions of drivers.
Greetings !

Hi there
I wanted to roll into this topic as we have the exact same situation. I am working as an IT service provider in zurich, switzerland and one of our customers has the same issue.
After 31.0.101.5186 installed via Windows Update, this broke our second monitor function for around 10-12 clients. We are using mostly HP Elitedesk Mini 600 G9 with IGP UHD 770 in our setups and they are all connected via DP to Monitors Philips PHL241B8Q and Windows shows the monitors up as it should (this makes remote help very complicated).
We have other PC Setups with the same Clients, but HP Monitors (mostly E24i) as well - all of them are working just fine with the HP DP Cables. We are not considering a cabling problem as this problem appeared on a lot of computers after the same update.
After rolling back drivers to our working condition before (31.0.101.4502) the Philips Monitors still refuse to work - even after shutting them off and on again or unplugging the DP cable and plugging that in again.
My next try was upgrading the HP OEM driver to the latest stable version from Intel Support (31.0.101.5382) but there is also no working second display after replugging the powercord unfortunately.
It seems that version 31.0.101.5186 breaks something. We did not reinstall any computer yet.
Can you help us with this or escalate? I am on-site this early afternoon and will have a complete detailed protocol about the computers with the issue.
We can provide you more details if you need them, just hit me up and i can work with you, in case this helps getting a solution.
And i guess we are not the only one with that situation - thats why we made the account extra for this here.
Looking forward to your response, have a nice day so far!
Greetings, Ruben

Hello Ashkan_2000,
Upon further review, you are operating on an Vivobook_ASUSLaptop K6602VU_K6602VU computer. We would like explain that while we do supply a generic graphics driver, it is generally recommended to utilize the custom graphics driver provided by the OEM or system manufacturer, as it is likely to be more compatible with your system.

Still having issues on 31.0.101.5382. I see there's 31.0.101.5444 available at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html
In the release notes against "Intel® Arc™ Control Fixed Issues:" it mentions: "Intel® Graphics Driver Installer may experience intermittent hang with black screen."
Fingers crossed.

Having run 32.0.101.5444 without any black screen issues, I got my first today in a while. I checked the version and it's 32.0.101.5510 which is not listed at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/821201/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html - this came via a Windows Update on 9th May. I'm on the "beta" Insider ring for Windows Insiders.
Going to manually install the latest 31.0.101.5518 from here.
