Hi there,  Absolutely, we’d be happy to help investigate this with you.

Could you share the latest Intel® SSU report with us? This will help us get a better look at your system setup and the driver/environment details.

When running the SSU scan:

  • Select “Everything”
  • Make sure “Networking” is unchecked
  • Once the scan is complete, click Next > Save and share the saved report here.

Also, when you get a chance, please share a few details:

  • Game(s) where you’re noticing the FPS change
  • Previous and current graphics driver versions
  • FPS before and after the driver update
  • Resolution and graphics settings
  • Whether you performed a clean driver installation
  • Whether it happens in all games or only specific ones
  • Any changes in GPU usage, clock speed, temperature, or power consumption

Just send over whatever information you have, and we’ll take a look from there.

Hello, thanks for reaching back!

-I noticed it in Marvel Rivals, also in PUBG.
-I'm running: Graphics 32.0.101.8974
-Runned Rivals at around 130 now is somewhere between 90-110 with a bit of stutters here and there
-I did selected the clean driver option (don't know if that's all I needed as this is my first gamming pc)
-At the time, I have noticed it only on Marvel Rivals and PUBG
-No, GPU is chill as ever and haven't tweak myself.

Thanks for your support!

Thanks for the detailed info! 😊 Since we handle one issue per thread, let’s focus on the Marvel Rivals issue first.

Could you please try these steps:

  1. Make sure ReBAR (Resizable BAR) is enabled.
  2. Check that your BIOS is updated to the latest version from your OEM’s website.
  3. Do a clean installation of the Intel graphics driver using DDU.
  4. Reseat the Intel Graphics card.
  5. Disable Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS) in Windows.
  6. Disable the iGPU (Integrated Graphics) in BIOS.
  7. Disable PCIe Power Management settings in BIOS.

Once you’ve gone through these, please test Marvel Rivals again and let us know if the FPS and stuttering improve.

For the PUBG issue, you can follow the steps in this Intel article:

Performance Issues in PUBG: Battlegrounds* with Intel® Arc™ Graphics

We’ll focus on Marvel Rivals, and once that’s sorted, we can take a look at PUBG separately. Thanks again for working through this with us!

Thanks for reaching back!

-ReBar was already on

-Bios is also up to date

-Did the DDU process with a yt tutorial

-Checkmark as well

-Integrated graphics where already disabled as well
-Checkmark for this one too

Test it again, fps seem to be a bit better now but there are some stutters here and there as well, but overall performance seems to be a bit better, of course it's gonna depend on the map so thanks for your help.

Glad to hear the FPS seems to be a bit better after going through the steps! 👍 The occasional stutters can still depend on the map and in-game scenario, but it’s good to know the overall performance has improved.

One more thing you can try is clearing the shader cache, as this can sometimes help with stuttering after a driver update or reinstall.

Refer to the below link for shader cache:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\shadercache\2767030"

Also, for any future DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) process, rather than following a YouTube tutorial, I’d recommend using Intel’s official guide as a reference. It has the recommended steps for properly removing and reinstalling the Intel graphics driver:

Intel® Graphics — How to Use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)

After clearing the shader cache, give the game another try and see if the stutters improve. If you still notice them, just let us know and we can look into it further.
