Memory Integrity in Core Isolation is not working due to "E1G6032E.sys" driver

I have a ThinkPad T490 which I just bought with a clean install of Windows 11 Pro.   Windows Security is telling me that my Memory integrity is off due to E1G6032E.sys driver incompatibility.  See Attachments 1 and 2 for the screens that I am seeing.

I then ran updates for Windows 11 until there were no more updates.

I then ran Intel Driver and Support Assistant until it said that it was up to date.  (See Attachment 3.)

I following the above steps I am still seeing the same screens shown in Attachments 1 and 2.

One of your support staff in January 2023 when responding to a person with an identical issue requested that that person use the Intel System Support Utility to provide detailed information on their system.  I did that and followed the instructions that your support staffer recommended.  See  my last attachment named System Information.

I appreciate your help.
