So I hear the issue described in
http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2013_release-outlook/outlook-2013-advanced-find-windows-does-not-open/7bd1f3c8-955e-4c7d-90dc-522c0a7429f2 http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/office/forum/office_2013_release-outlook/outlook-2013-advanced-find-windows-does-not-open/7bd1f3c8-955e-4c7d-90dc-522c0a7429f2
is actually an INTEL GRAPHICS IRIS 5100 driver issue.
I run 10.18.10.3621 (2014-05-17) on my ASUS UX301
When using WQHD screen solution, the microsoft outlook 2013 advanced find windows has issues in showing all the options. I cannot resize the window that pops up and this drives me nuts.
Anyone any ideas?

Thanks for joining the graphics community.
I understand you are experiencing an issue with Intel® HD Graphics 5100 and Outlook 2013.
I would like to know if you already tried latest beta driver available on our site, this is version 3652
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23985&lang=eng&ProdId=3722 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?DwnldID=23985&lang=eng&ProdId=3722
Also, does this problem occur with drivers provided by the board or computer manufacturer? If so, which driver versions numbers?
Are you using straight cables? This means no video cables adapters.
Thanks.
Allan.

@Robert_U, I don't think you have read anything I said.
If I click the maximizing button, nothing changes. This is why I came here in the first place.
@Allan: It does happen with the drivers provided by the manufacturer.
Intel(R) Iris(TM) Graphics 5100
Driver Version: 10.18.10.3308
In fact, the computer just came back from warranty repair and everything was reset.
I run a laptop, not sure how the display is connected to the mainboard.
Outlook 2013 (64 bit office) and Windows 8.1 on WQHD resolution. It is the resolution that causes the problem. 2560 x 1440 - I have no issues with smaller resolutions (if I log off and on again, the advanced find window works).

Cascading all windows shown is a usable workaround:

This is what I get when I try to install the driver you mentioned, Allan.
