Microsoft wireless display adapter not connecting

Dear All,

 

We have recently bought below laptop and MS wireless display adapter not couldn't connect?.

 

HP PROBOOK 450 G5

 

with

 

Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620

 

Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265

 

DELL LATITUDE 7490

 

with

 

Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620

 

Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265

 

Both Laptop above has the same issue.

 

Please help to resolve above issue.

Hello NSubr1, Thank you for the information provided. In order to have more details about the issue, I would like to ask you for the following information: 1. Have you tried installing the graphics and wireless drivers provided by your OEM? • I was able to find the drivers available for the HP ProBook 450 G5 Notebook PC, listed in the following link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-probook-450-g5-notebook-pc/17047142 • I was able to find the drivers available for the Dell Latitude 7490 listed in the following link: https://www.dell.com/support/home/cr/en/crbsdt1/product-support/product/latitude-14-7490-laptop/drivers?lwp=rt 2. Please provide the details of the wireless display/monitor that you are trying to connect. (Brand, model number). 3. Are you getting any error while trying to connect the wireless display? If so, please provide details. 4. If after installing the OEM (Original equipment manufacturer) drivers the issue persists, please provide me with the following report: • Please run the Intel® System Support Utility to have the details about the drivers installed: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- 1. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View. 2. To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer. 3.
