That is because you have a physical 1366x768 screen.

Look at the specifications:

https://www.asus.com/Commercial-Laptops/ASUSPRO-P2540FA/specifications/

Specifically:

15.6" (16:9) LED-backlit HD (1366x768) 60Hz Anti-Glare Panel with 45% NTSC
15.6" (16:9) LED-backlit FHD (1920x1080) 60Hz Anti-Glare Panel with 45% NTSC

You are limited by the physical specs.

There is nothing you can do except to return the laptop and replace it.

I do not know what you have done to the driver while attempting to achieve a resolution that your display is not capable of.

If I were you, I would uninstall the display driver, and keep uninstalling it, until you reach the Microsoft Basic Display driver.   Then, install the graphics driver from the asus website:

Hi again, i do nothing. I install only driver.

Already when i install any Windows (Windows 10 X64 or Windows 11) and connecting to the internet, Windows update Graphics driver first. When Windows update install it same error.

I uninstall driver and back to Microsoft Basic Display Driver. After than, i install OEM driver and getting same error.

Last step i use Intell Driver & Support Asisstant and install latest driver... But i getting same error again...

I dont do nothing except this steps, thats all.

Thank u again.

Then, talk to asus.  You need to ask them about two issues.

1) how to update their bios.

2) how to install their chipset INF, which is not listed on their support site.
