I have a laptop Dynabook CX\975LS model with Intel Core Duo 945GM Express Chipset 1.66Ghz and 1.536 MB ram Can this graphic card be changed a nVidia Graphic Card or to another one from the same Intel family, more compatible with 3D Games to play The Sims 3?Please, any help I do appreciate
