Hello,
First of all, my workspace is described as follow
- Laptop LENOVO Ideapad 3 15IML05
- Model: 82BS
- CPU: i3-10110U
- Graphics chip: Intel(R) UHD Graphics Family
- This laptop is connected via HDMI 1.4 to a LG 24ML600M-B that is supposed to reach a max resolution of 1920x1080@75hz (A2.png)
I'd like to know why does the Intel Graphics Command Center (Beta) list 1920 x 1080@75Hz as a valid supported mode, but not on Windows 11 Settings (A1.png).
For me, the most critical issue is that I am not being able to set 75Hz neither on General > Refresh Rate on Intel Graphics Command Center (Beta), nor in Windows 11 Settings
Note. Drivers are all updated since I've installed and runned the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant and installed all required updates on Windows Update

This information refers to the video timing of the Consumer Technology Association (CTA).
The Intel Graphics Command Center shows which capabilities the monitor sends to the graphics driver. There are no parameters for 75 Hz according to CTA. This means that no video timing according to VESA CVT-RB is output via this HDMI connection by default.
Please install the LG software:

I really appreciate the time you took to reply my topic. So, there is no way for me to set a mode above 1920x1080@60Hz as long as I extended my laptop screen through HDMI?
Also, I have installed the LG Software you mentioned beforehand, namely Onscreen Control, but I'm not able to set the resolution and refresh rate I wanted on it either
By the way, just out of curiosity, if the CTA wrote "up to 4096x2160@30Hz", why am I not able to set 1920x1080@75Hz on my monitor screen? Since it's a "up to", any resolution and refresh rate that are less than these parameters should be accepted

If the LG software doesn't help, then you'll have to ask Lenovo. The graphics driver in conjunction with the hardware on that laptop are then responsible for outputting 1080p @ 75 Hz with Coordinated Video Timing - Reduced Blanking (CVT-RB).
The default HDMI formats are defined by CTA. There is
- 1080p @ 60 Hz
- 1080p @ 120 Hz
But not 75 Hz. If your monitor could do 120 Hz, it would probably work.
