Even though Mobile Intel® HM370 Chipset has features that may support discrete graphics, installing a discrete graphics card in a motherboard with this Intel® Chipsets depends on the customizations made by the motherboard manufacturer.
Motherboard manufacturers can enable or disable features supported by the Intel® Chipsets and it can limit the support of graphics cards or other peripherals.
Our recommendation is that you contact your motherboard manufacturer to obtain accurate information. In this scenario, computer vendors usually have useful compatibility lists that you can review.
