Hello,
I have met this issue since I bought A750 in march, 2023.
Environment:
CPU : Intel i5-13600k LGA 1700
Bios version : F23a (04/01/2023)
Monitor : Dell S2419H
Ventirad Noctua NH-D15
Motherboard : Gigabyte Z690 Aero G – DDR5
DRAM Kingston Fury Beast 5600 DDR5 - ref. FK556C40BBK2 -32
Graphics card : Intel ARC 750
Graphics driver version : 31.0.101.5081 (09/12/2023)
Power : Be quiet ! ATX 750W 12M 80 Gold
Issue Description:
The symptom :
Sometime the monitor will show "No signal" after starting Windows or when Windows awakes from sleep.
The workaround is :
a) use an other Dell Monitor.
b) use another HDMI cable
c) turn off and then turn on my monitor
d) turn off/on the PC
All those attempts fail. The only way to restore the output is turn off the PC, wait 10 or 15 minutes and then turn on the system.
Please let me know how can I troubleshooting this issue.
Thank you for your assistance.
