My System shows only 128mb graphics (some games) Why?

I am using intel HD Graphics 550 (integrated graphics). This have worth of 8gb shared graphics memory. but some games shows only 128mb. When I run the game, I see my system performence in task manager it shows utilization is 100% but Shared GPU memory is using 0.5 Out of 8GB. So I con't play High graphics game. I will attach images of my problem. Give me a solution of it. Thankyou.

"Some games"? Which? Did you contact those games' developers?

Regarding PUBG you can update your driver to 26.20.100.6912

It promises "Improved Unreal Engine 4 performance" which is used by PUBG.
