My gaphics card just says Intel HD Graphics!?

I wanted to check what intel graphics card i had so i went on intel and found out how to do it...

when i did it myself the only thing it said was: Intel (R) HD Graphics.

Some people have Intel HD Graphics 3000 (i think)

but all mine said was: Intel (R) HD Graphics.

Can someone help me, i just wanted to update my graphics card but since i dont know what type it is i don't think i can..........

oh yeah i almost forgot i have an intel core i6 if that helps........

What is the cpu model number?

What is your PC/Laptop model number, or motherboard model number?

What operating system are you running?
