Hi, I have been using a Lenovo loq laptop for the past few months, I just bought it. After a while, it started acting weird and the screen kept flashing and becoming black, I opened settings and found the intel display pending download. I have checked for updates and it kept happening sometimes even my Nvidia driver also uninstalls itself which is annoying. I am currently using a 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13650HX with Intel UHD graphics also my graphics card is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU. please respond as soon as possible

Intel Customer Support (@Intel) needs to escalate this issue to the driver team.

Hhmmm... It's not supposed to. You have seen it occur and had to reinstall the latest more than 3 times?

I really hope you get a response with a solution for this because I have been running into the same issue for about a year with a Lenovo laptop (Intel with Intel Arc GPU) where pretty much weekly I'll have to reinstall the integrated and dedicated graphics drivers because they just randomly uninstall themselves. Fingers crossed for you that someone knowledgeable- preferably from Intel- gives you an actual answer because this is an increasingly frustrating problem.

One thing more. You can also stop Windows from updating/downgrading drivers trough Registry or trough Group Policy Editor (if you have Pro version of Windows): How to stop Windows 11 from downloading Drivers
