My intel driver is outdated and I can't update?

When I try to update my Intel(R) HD (i3) graphics driver, it says "Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date". My current driver date is 4/21/2010? How can I update??

Checking the information I am afraid I do not have the graphics controller model. Can you please let me know what the processor model you have is? Can you post your dxdiag report?

Based on the reports you have provided, I recommend you updating the driver in your system. Please follow the next instructions.

1. Uninstall the current driver you have. Here you have the instructions:

2. Download and install the latest graphics driver available for your system. It can be downloaded at the following link:
