Necesito actualizar el controlador grafico de mi portátil, el archivo de instalación extrae los archivos pero el instalador no se ejecuta. Ayuda.

Additionally, could you share the method you used for the driver update, link where you downloaded the driver and are you getting an error message? It would also be very helpful if you could provide the SSU logs from your computer. This will enable us to examine your system's specifications more closely.
