Hello,
Currently I am having an issue with my Intel NUC X15 (LAPAC71H) laptop where the A730m GPU is no longer appearing in the device manager. This issue started when I had taken the latest Windows update which seemed to have included some optional items such as a BIOS firmware update. After taking this update my GPU started disappearing infrequently and when it did appear in the system any load would cause a BSOD with an error that says "VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (Code: igdkmd64.sys)".
Things I have tried to (unsuccessfully) combat this problem:
- Using DDU to uninstall the video driver in safe mode while performing a clean install of the very old driver from the LAPAC71H driver kit.
- Resetting my installation of windows 11.
- Reflashing a completely fresh windows installation.
- Trying various different versions of the ARC driver.
- Updating the system bios from the LAPAC71H support page.
- Rolling back to an earlier version of windows.
Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello all,
In case anyone else is having similar issues with this problem it does not appear to be a software issue. I ended up having to open a support ticket for a warranty claim in order to get the issue resolved. Hope this helps anyone with the same problem.
