Need the following driver for Dynamic Platform and Thermal framework Generic Participant. Please.

I am in need of the Dynamic Platform and Thermal framework Generic Participant for my gigabyte system. I've included the requested document. I re-posted as I believe the previous inquiry was buried.

I see there is no DPTF driver on the Gigabyte support site.

Do you see a yellow bang in device manager?

If so, what is the value under properties->detail->property: hardware ID ?

There previously was last week with a failed external hard drive, since removed. I am having an issue with kernel PNP 411. My USB 3 ports are not operating as they should. I use a program called comicbase. I update it weekly (USB 3 port). typically it takes 20-30 TO push through a new update (weekly). It is currently taking 2-5 hour to get that update and I manage 4 databases. I'm sure you can understand my issue. The rest of the system is doing fine for the most part.
