The release notes are for driver 3517, not 4101.
Thank you for still supporting Sandy Bridge.

Well, it looks like you didn't change anything important in the OpenGL driver with this release, besides the number and the date of the driver.
Regarding OpenGL bug fixes/ improvements
1) Cinebench R15 OpenGL test (a very popular benchmark) still crashes on SandyBridge. This issue has been reported over a year ago and has been fixed for Ivy and Haswell
2) MadShaders 0.3.0, an OpenGL application, still crashes on SandyBridge
3) The OpenGL extensions are still exactly the same like previous drivers.
It's an OpenGL 3.1 driver with 130 extensions.
and the last one
4) We are still waiting for a VC1_VLD2010 DXVA decoder device, like Ivybridge and Haswell, to accelerate in HW the VC-1 format
Waiting for the next year's release to resolve these issues!
