New Toshiba with GMA 4500MHA chipset

I have recently purchased a Toshiba laptop with Widows 7 installed. I am not impressed but that is another matter.

Would some kind soul post the eact link to the latest driver for the

Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD with 128MB-1759MB

dynamically allocated shared graphics memory

The currently installed driver is 8.15.10.1883.

I am having alot of problems getting anything installed even as an administrator, Microsoft is a pain
