Environment:
Thunderbolt4 dockhub:Dell WD22TB4
OS:Windows11 22H2
Processor:11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1195G7 @ 2.90GHz
Description
My computer using WD22TB4 dock,and an HDMI display is connected.When I install new driver of 101.4502, my computer won't sleep or shutdown properly. From update history,I found the old version is 31.0.101.3959.After installing the old version, the problem is gone.
Version 101.4502 can only use the hdmi port of computer iteself.
Hope new driver could solve this problem.

Does the dock work if you use the beta version 31.0.101.4514?
Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

I tried the viersion of 31.0.101.4514, and the problem still exists.

Please answer the following:
· Have you tried using the same dock station and cable and a different monitor?
· Does the issue happen using a straight connection from the computer port to the display?
· Have you contacted the manufacturer for validated docking stations?
Also, please keep in mind that Intel does not recommend using any kind of adapters and cannot guarantee 3rd party products/adapters will work as expected.

I have't try same dock station with different monitor.

This would not happen,when I using a straight connection from the computer port to the display.

Yes, the dock station is a validate product.And I updated the firmware to the latest.
