Hello!
I'm working and playing on Lenovo Y580, its a i7 laptop with nvidia optimus, intel hd 4000 + nvidia 660m. Windows 7 x64 Sp1
I'm trying to play few old games like:
Rainbow Six (1998)
No One Lives Forever (2000)
Blood 2 (1998)
Gabriel Knight 3 (1999)
Take a look at what i have in Rainbow Six:

And that's on newest official driver from intel 10.18.10.3345
But if i revert to an old one 9.17.10.2932 everything is ok and all games work fine.
Any explanation or solution? Intel guys smth changed in their driver so now its not working good with old games

I am sorry to hear that have had issues with Intel drivers when playing old games on your computer.
I have checked the list of tested games for your graphics controller but I did not find any of your games listed. I would say if you are interested on playing with your old games, you will need to use same old driver version. I am afraid new drivers are certainly updated for newer technologies and therefore graphics engine might change.
Here is the list of playable games for your graphics controller:

Ok, then is there any way to enable FSAA via drivers in games? Like it can be done on Nvidia?

AA is actually enabled by default on the graphics driver. I regret to inform you that there is no option to disable it. You will need to check game or software settings to control this feature.
