I just installed an Arc A750 in my system--was running an Nvidia card before. I used DUU to remove the Nvidia driver (in Safe Mode), rebooted, installed the 4669 driver & rebooted again. The Arc Control Panel works in Safe Mode but is not working in a normal boot.
I tried just reinstalling the driver in Safe Mode....no change. Do I need to DUU uninstall the driver & reinstall again? Or is there something I'm missing that needs to be changed to make the Control Panel work?

Hello DeanL,
We are checking on your thread to see if you have been able to install the Armory Crate application again. We would like to know whether or not you faced an incompatibility problem having both applications installed.
Best regards

OK---I just updated to the newest driver & then reinstalled Armory Crate Lite. Everything "looks" like it is working at this time. I rebooted several times after the installs & both Arc Panel & Armory Crate are working....It may be because Arc Panel was installed first & then Armory Crate afterward that they both now work. I will monitor this & repost if that changes.

Hello Kowa92
I see the Arc Control Software is now working after performing a clean installation of your OS, I also see Armory Crate is working too, after reinstalling it which is great. I agree that it would be better to monitor your system for a few more days to ensure the issue is completely resolved, we will monitor this thread so you have that time to test your system.

All good so far...It "looks" like installing the Arc software---then installing Armory Crate afterward is the way to go.

Hello DeanL
Thank you for the update, it would seem that actually installing the Armory Crate after Arc Control did help with the issue, it is great to know you are now able to use the Arc Control Software. Please let us know if you require more time to test or if we can consider this issue resolved.
