No internet when trying to update drivers

When I attempt to have the intel website scan my system and tell me if any drivers need updating it gives me a message saying that I don't have any internet. However, my internet is connected (both wireless and wired and it works for everything else) and I've even turned my VPN off.

Also no luck when using my browser, Chrome, in regular, non-incognito mode.

Hello zone55,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA).

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:

1. Is this issue recent?

2. Were you able to scan the systems using Intel® Driver & Support Assistant (Intel® DSA) before?

3. Have you tested with Firefox or Edge?

4. Have you tried clearing the browser cache?

Best regards,
