Not able to download updates for Intel ARC Graphics card from the website

Every time I click on download button this is the error I am getting. Any reason for this?

The latest Intel Graphics Driver 31.0.101.5333  can downloaded directly from the Intel Download site and then by double click on the downloaded .exe file you can install it.  The warning given by IDSA tells you that by installing the generic driver you may loose some  customization (if any) done by Asus for your computer. Therefore, it is advised to download the latest driver for laptop from the OEM (in your case Asus) site.

By directly downloading this file it just skipped to bluetooth installation and did nothing.

Always better is open a thread of yours and explain the problem. From your post I can't understand how the BT is affected by installing the Graphics Driver.

What's worse is intel ARCH downloads the driver, but nothing installs it.
and then changing settings to install as well, it times out can't find anything.

total failure.

I am the OP and I still have this issue. Intel is sure not serious about solving this issue
