To solve the problem you need graphics that has OpenGL 3.3 or higher,  just like the message says.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Your i3-2120 graphics are not supported on WIndows 10.  All you have is the generic Microsoft driver, which lacks features and performance.

It is time for you to get a new or newer system that is supported by Windows 10.  You may want to look at something with an 8th gen or later processor.

Thank you for your help, what specific processor model would you recommend? It is desirable that the cost was not more than $ 200.

Buying just the processor will not help you.   You need a new motherboard, memory, etc.

Look on a site, such as newegg.  Be careful to verify that the processor is 8th gen or later.  The reason is for Windows 10, and 11, support.

Hello @Solonyk

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

We hope that the assistance provided by the community has been helpful.

Also, we would like to inform you that due to the Intel® Core™ i3-2120 Processor and Intel® HD Graphics 2000 have been discontinued, Intel Customer Service no longer supports inquiries for it, but perhaps fellow community members have the knowledge to jump in and help. You may also find the Discontinued Products website helpful to address your request.

Note: You might need to search for the proper Product Category and click on its "Show more" link if the product is not visible in the top rows.

Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel. Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Andrew G.
