Overscan problem with laptop that has AMD processor

I have another computer that has AMD Radeon HD 8210 for the display adapter, and it has overscan with a new tv. AMD's website is supposed to have something to automatically detect your computer software, and install the proper stuff. I have tried this, but it when it installs it malfunctions my computer. So I uninstalled it. THOUGH, I WAS ABLE TO FIX THE OVERSCAN PROBLEM. I tried updating my display driver before I uninstalled, but it disabled the software. Another thing or two that I tried to install from AMD would not go through, because it said it was not supported my Microsoft Store.  Any suggestions?

"Any suggestions?"

AMD provides support on AMD products.  Contact AMD.
