PC works way more smooth when i uninstalled the UHD 620 driver. What is wrong with the driver then (Dell XPS 13 9370)?

Who's driver? The one supplied by dell, or the Intel generic driver?

Does your laptop have dual graphics?

What is your processor model number?

Have you asked dell about this?

I bought the dell laptop with the intel uhd 620 graphic card included. If I uninstall the driver, I notice that the animations work more fluently. The laptop does not have dual graphics, but if I uninstall the intel driver, another driver (I think the standard VGA driver) will be activated. The strange thing is that the problem only exist when I am using the 4k resolution on the laptop. So I think it is the same problem as described here: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_10-performance/4k-laptop-lag-in-windows-10...

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-85550U CPU @ 1.80GHz

RAM: 8,00 GB

System type: 64-bits

Use only the driver provided by dell for your laptop.
