Playing 4k 3840x2160 HEVC/H.265 video clips smoothly with Intel HD4600 graphic possible?

Is there any way of playing 4k 3840x2160 HEVC video clips with the Intel HD4600 graphic smoothly without ANY judder?

I have a pretty fast PC... ASUS SABERTOOTH Z87 Intel Core i7-4790K (iGPU HD4600 graphic) and the Dell 4k UP3214Q monitor

PowerDVD 14 and the MPC-HC player with Strongene Lentoid HEVC Decoder can play it but not without some judder (CPU usage is about 60-80%)

Is it possible to optimize the Intel HD4600 graphic to be able to play HEVC/H.265 video completely smoothly, or do I need to buy a better video card???

The question I want to ask Intel is... is the Intel HD 4600 iGPU powerful enough to play hevc 3840x2160p with 50fps or more like this clip (se link)

No because my HD 4400 can't reproduce normally, I have heavy and continuos blocks

--UPDATE--

Ok so, finally I have found that kind of 4K HEVC @8-bit my HD 4400 can reproduce --> http://www.elecard.com/assets/files/other/clips/140626_4k_hm130_4s_sao_dbf_qp27.265 http://www.elecard.com/assets/files/other/clips/140626_4k_hm130_4s_sao_dbf_qp27.265

for playing it rename the file and instead of ".265" write ".ts"

This video have a bitrate of 6.4mbps and 4400 playing it perfectly and very smoothly, instead with a video with 17mbps of bitrate I have some normal scene but also other with light stuttering.

I can believe that the maximum range for a HD 4400/4600 (using MPC-HC) is a 4K HEVC 8-bit with 10/12mpbs.

I have also searched on the web all the news about the support for 4K 10-bit with the new HD Graphics 520/530 but for the moment nothing is confirmed, only native full hardware acceleration for 4K 8-bit (just for clarity Broadwell IGPU have Hybrid support for 8 and 10 bit).

The bitrate don`t matter that much, I can play all hevc 4k clips perfect if the frame rate is not higher then 30fps, if they are 50fps or more (have not seen any 60fps 4k clip yet) it stutters.

So I am asking Intel again, can the HD 4600 iGPU be made to support 50-60fps clips or not???

Hello KlasBell,

According to the graphics controller that you have it should support 4K with no limitation, now in order for us to do a test and confirm the fps supported we would like to gather the following information from you:
