Pls help me, I have intel(R) HD graphics 5500 on my laptop but it seems that I dont have Intel Graphics control panel

You mean, it doesn't appear in the context menu of the desktop?

Maybe the installer just forgot the entry.

Try to run one of the following programs manually:

c:\Windows\System32\GfxUIEx.exe

c:\Windows\System32\Gfxv2_0.exe

c:\Windows\System32\Gfxv4_0.exe

Hello Daniele0913,

Could you please let us know your operating system and the Intel® HD Graphics driver installed? Please go to Device Manger> Display adapters> Intel(R) HD Graphics right click on Properties and then go to Driver, you will be able to see the version installed.
