Porque se desinstala Intel Graphics 620 al cambiar de windows? automáticamente está el adaptador de pantalla basico de Microsoft y no puedo instalar el controlador de gráficos anterior me sale que es incompatible a pesar que intel me lo recomienda.

What do you mean by "cambiar" ("switching")... do you mean when updating or upgrading Windows? Describe how you are tyring to update the driver and provide system details:
