Muchas gracias
LuisFer

Hello Wanner,
Some doubts.
Do I have to attach it to this thread in public?
The thread is personal, isn't it?
Do I attach it here in the public community?
Do I attach it to you only in the private message?
I have sent you a private message, you still haven't answered me.
I'm sorry for being a rookie, for staying unknown.

Hello Wanner,
- I think that connects via bluetooth.
- It is not using video adapters.

Hello LuisFer,
Thank you for the update.
Based on the report attached, your computer, Surface Pro 3, does not have an Intel® Wireless Adapter. These systems usually have Marvell AVASTAR Wireless-AC Network Controllers.
Since you are trying to connect the computer to the TV via Bluetooth, we recommend that you contact Microsoft® because only the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) is familiar with the computer and its features. Also, this seems to be an issue caused by a recent OS update.
Regards,
Wanner G.

Hello LuisFer,
There are different sub-forums depending on the problem reported. Because your problem is related to the wireless adapter that came with the computer, it would be best to go back to your system manufacturer for further support and/or warranty options.
