Price gouging

Hi, I live in India where specifically intel's B series graphics cards are Insanely expensive, meaning in other regions one can find them at relatively way lower rate than nvidia or amd cards which are priced which are also priced better in India. Either intel is not selling in India or the products available online are imported. Can anyone tell me where I can find intel cards for reasonable price in india?
