Problem with Graphics Update

Hello,

I have a Fujitsu LIFEBOOK NH532 with a Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 graphics card. I recently went to update this to a newer version to play a new game I bought, but was getting this error message "the driver being installed is not validated for this system. Please obtain appropriate driver from system manufacturer". Many forums say to do a manual update but I tried this and it said that no new updates were found. My current update version is 8.15.10.2626 so I know it can be updated but I am still getting this error message. I also tried doing the same thing through a link provided by Fujitsu and this did not work either.

Any help would be appreciated I really don't know what to do from here.

Thanks

Thanks for joining the community.

I am sorry to hear that have had problems updating Intel Graphics Driver.

That message indicates that your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel video drives. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer; however, you may try forcing the installation of Intel generic drivers by performing manual procedure, see here for instructions:

Select your operating system version and download the zip version of the video driver:

Sorry about the trouble. That message indicates that your computer manufacturer does not allow the installation of generic Intel video drives. You are required to install drivers from your computer manufacturer.

Check your computer manufacturer's web site for driver downloads:
