I just thought I would post because I had a problem with my ASROCK Challenger A580 after I updated to the latest driver which is v32.0.101.6557
I was running v32.0.101.6449 with no problems at all and when updated to the driver mentioned above my PC started to run slow almost the way a virus can really bog down your PC.
I noticed it was taking 15 to 20 times longer is not more to open Handbrake and Chrome would take 3 to 4 seconds to open, pretty much every program on my PC was slower to open, once I reverted back to v32.0.101.6449 and did a clean install everything ran smoothly again.
I'm running Windows 11 Pro 24H2 and is fully updated,I just thought I would share this incase any other Intel ARC users ran into the same problem and weren't what was going on,this is the first time I have had this problem after updating an ARC Driver.

Facing similar issues here. When i installed 32.0.101.6557 Power director 2024 and Wallpapers Engine became really slow and laggy. Wallpaper engine took awhile to loan a video wallpaper. Felt like my Win 11 has slowed down a lot. Exported video became bit blurry/pixelated with power director. Had to install old one again. I tried the new driver 32.0.101.6559 again when WHQL version was up but I'm facing those same issues again. My PC has slowed down a lot. Opening a video is taking a lot of time. So, this update 32.0.101.6559 is a complete mess. Hopefully you guys are going to fix it soon

My Mohterboard is an ASUS X870E ProArt the CPU is an AMD 9900X.
My Motherboards Bios is 1103 and I was also running the 2 version's before 1103 and it still did it.
I get all my ARC Graphic card drivers right from the Intel site so I know they haven't been messed with.

The problem isn't really resolved because Intel hasn't made a new driver to fix this problem yet,it's pointless having a graphic's card and I can't run the newer drivers for my card so it will work the way it's supposed.

I have the same issue with an ASRock Challenger A750 on 24H2 with Drivers 32.0.101.6557 and 32.0.101.6559.
Also had to downgrade to 32.0.101.6460.

I’m also having the same issue, after downloading the latest update for Intel Arc and Iris Xe (32.0.101.6259), my laptop doesn’t recognize the Intel Arc A 730M in the laptop and defaults to Iris Xe. When I checked device manager the A730M was grayed out, so i uninstalled snd reinstalled it several times which did nothing.
Maybe the issue I’m facing is different, but I’m certain it is that the Arc card isn’t being recognized. If anyone has a solution let me know.
