Problem with intel vga driver and windows 10

Peace, I have intel HD 4600, when I join a 2016 domain, right clicking takes around 6 secs. I tried the latest driver and still the same problem. I also tried the driver fro the motherboard manfucturer website. what to expect from you?

I cannot say that it will fix your issue, but the latest drivers for HD 4600 are here and only 10 days old.
