Hello,
at the moment I have a somehow strange problem. The Intel Driver & Support Assistant on my Microsoft Surface Pro 5 tells me that there is a driver update:
Intel® Grafik – Windows® 10 & Windows 11* DCH-driver (Version: 30.0.100.9864) Filename: igfx_win_100.9864.exe
for
Intel® Iris® Plus Graphics 640
- Provider: Intel Corporation
- Version: 27.20.100.8682
- Date: 09.06.2020
and
Intel® AVStream Camera 2500
- Provider: Intel
- Version: 30.18305.6.5127
- Date: 05.12.2021
I'm running Windows 10 (20H2, Build: 19042.1266) and when I'm trying to install the mentioned driver I get an error in the driver update (Exit-Code 1) with the following protocoll and the description inside the driver installation menu that I have a driver setup that is bound to specs from the manufacturer and I have to install it from there.
Any advise how to fix that?
Thanks in advance. cordyceps

cordyceps, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.
In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this topic, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:
Is this a new computer?
Were you able to install a driver from Intel® Driver & Support Assistant before?
This problem, does it happen with all the drivers from the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant or just with the two that you mentioned?
Besides the fact that the driver is not getting installed, is there any graphics problem with your computer?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?
Does the problem happen at home or in the work environment?
Please attach the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":
Any questions, please let me know.
Regards,
Albert R.
