Problems with Intel Control Panel

I have intel Core i7-4710HQ. I used to have intel control panel before i reinstall the windows 10 x64. And now i cant get control panel. I downloaded the newest drivers for my processor and the oldest but still haven't intel control panel. Can you please help me

You do not have an add-in graphics solution (from NVIDIA, AMD, etc.)?

You are right-clicking on the screen and the context menu displayed does not include an entry for invoking the Intel Control Panel?

What Intel HD Graphics driver package do you have installed currently? Was this package downloaded from the Intel site or automatically by Windows 10?
