Hello Josekz,
Based on the description you provided, I see that the driver you have installed is the version 2455 and the latest driver we have is version 3062.
I recommend you installing the latest driver we have from our side so you can test it and let us know if the issue was resolved. It can be downloaded at the following link:
In case you are in doubt about the processor performance or internal GPU, You can also run the Intel® Processor Diagnostics Tool. This tool will diagnose every single component inside the processor and will generate a report of the components.
You get the tool at the following link:

Hello Josekz,
Another good step to do is to update the drivers from the system manufacturer including the BIOS.
In the case that you have tested the generic driver we provide from our side and issue persists, I recommend you contacting your computer system manufacturer so they can provide to you the driver that was specifically designed for your computer.

Hi,
I recommend you to clear the cmos on your computer. In case you have a laptop a power cycle also helps. You can do this by removing the battery from the unit and pressing the power button for about 20 seconds.
You can also try our latest generic driver for your controller that can be downloaded at the following link:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=3319&DwnldID=23102&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Desktop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=2nd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+3000/2000&DownloadType=Drivers&lang=eng https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=3319&DwnldID=23102&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Desktop+graphics+drivers&ProductProduct=2nd+Generation+Intel%C2%AE+Core%E2%84%A2+Processors+with+Intel%C2%AE+HD+Graphics+3000/2000&DownloadType=Drivers&lang=eng
IT is important to say that this is a generic driver and in the case you are having problems with the installation of it I recommend you trying with the driver provided by the computer manufacturer.

Hi Ben Millington,
Since your laptop comes with two graphics cards then the generic graphics driver from our website will not work properly. For computers with switchable graphics there is a special graphics driver that needs to be used. That driver is made by the laptop manufacturer. I recommend using the latest graphics driver DELL provides in the following website http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/Product/xps-l502x http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/Product/xps-l502x
Thanks!
